At Breezee, protecting your information is one of our highest priorities.
We are committed to implementing reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data and maintain the security of our platform.
Breezee is built around four core security principles:
• Protect user data • Limit access to authorized users • Maintain system integrity • Continuously improve security practices
Breezee utilizes industry-standard security measures that may include:
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) • Secure authentication systems • Role-based access controls • Cloud infrastructure security protections • Automated monitoring and logging • Regular software updates and security patches
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.
We recommend:
• Using strong passwords • Enabling multi-factor authentication when available • Limiting account sharing • Regularly reviewing connected integrations
Breezee may connect with third-party services such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, cloud storage providers, and other applications.
Access to these services is granted only through permissions authorized by the user.
Breezee may process data through AI systems to provide requested services such as:
• Summaries • Recommendations • Task management • Workflow automation • Productivity assistance
When using Google Workspace APIs, Breezee does not use Google Workspace customer data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting customer data, we will investigate promptly and take appropriate measures to contain, remediate, and communicate the issue as required by applicable law.
